Mr. Emeric Charamel has been holding executive functions such as General Manager for global Sales & Marketing operations, in various independent SMEs, as well as in large international groups such as Thomson and Technicolor in Consumer Electronics and Healthcare. He has an extensive experience in international business development, with growth contexts and strong expertise in European market. Through his education and his various professional experiences, Mr. Charamel has developed strong skills in large global projects management, as well as in the setting up and management of branch offices and distributors sales networks. Mr. Emeric Charamel did his education in University Paris Dauphine, France, and owns a Master in Corporate Finance, he has wide network of finance industry. Mr. Emeric Charamel has been involved for many years in the Electronic sector and IOT products, as well as in the Renewable Energy storage.

Mr. Dong Hyun Ahan serves as Chief Technology Officer of Smart Businesses group sector. Currently, he is responsible for smart mobility, smart edge, and smart spatial information technology units of ZIO LINKS, a company of IOTE2E. Mr. Ahn has enormous expertise, particularly in the areas of long-range wireless communication, hardware, antennas, and communication protocols. Mr. Ahn brings with him a broad and exceptional capacity of development for machine-to-machine communication protocol and wireless application. Mr. Ahn has over 34 years of experience in the telecommunication and electronics industry in various functions. He is also currently serving as principal engineer at Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) and has led next-generation IoT technology development for Urban Underground Infrastructure, 5G communication, Wibro communication, and strategic defense communication. He received a BSEE from the University of Ulsan and Master's Degree from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology). He is the father of the famous Hi-Pass system of the expressways in South Korea that he designed to allow drivers to make wireless toll payments at the high speed, without the need to stop with high reliability and accuracy.

Mr. Emmanuel Katz leads global marketing, partner relationship, media policy and innovative strategy in IOTE2E. He has been serving numerous executive positions for international marketing and sales in the top leading global consumer groups, such as AKZONOBEL, NESTLE, UNITED BISCUITS, BIC, across Europe and North America. He has delivered very impressive records and milestones in the creative marketing, FMCG brands and portfolio development, business development, P&L management increasing market share and profitability. Also, he has been quite successful to implement strategic partner development and media platform. He is trilingual with French, Spanish, and English, and did his education at EDHEC Business School recognized as a top business school in France and Europe.

Mr. JP Kim leads the development of AMI (Advanced Metering/Machine Infrastructure) and Smart Grid in IOTE2E. He has been leading numerous technology innovations for AMI industry. He served as Chief Principal Engineer at LS Industrial System (LSIS) and has been recognized as the father of Korea AMI technology in as he developed Korea's 1st Smart Grid Meter, Korea's 1st High Voltage Data Recordable Smart Meter, Korea's 1st KEPCO DLMS Protocol, Korea's 1st KEPCO E-type Smart Meter, and Korea's 1st KEPCO G-Type Smart Meter. He has strong expertise in the protocol, firmware, hardware, meters, high voltage, data recording, PLC, RF, and the entire architecture of AMI. He served as Cheif Technology Officer at Namjun for smart meter system as head of R&D center. He led many government-funded projects for AMI Meters (Resident, Commercial, Industrial applications), the testbed for smart grid and AMI including SMPS. He received BSEE from Kyungbuk National university and studied the master course at Chungbuk university in Korea. He issued over 18 technical publications for smart grid and AMI.

Dr. Lee Sin-Doo holds several prestigious positions, including Chairman of the National Science and Technology Advisory Committee for the President of the Republic of Korea (ROK), Chairman of the Evaluation Committee at the Ministry of Science and ICT, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at the National Institute of Basic Science. He has been an Honorary Professor of Engineering at Seoul National University for many years. Dr. Lee's professional background includes valuable experience at Bell Communications Research. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Physics from Seoul National University and obtained his Doctorate in Physics from Brandeis University in the United States. Dr. Lee strongly believes that IOTE2E's ultra-long-range IoT communication will bring significant advancements to smart cities and industries, propelling them to the next level of innovation.

Dr. Byung Yi leads technical advisory board member and provides technical and strategic guidance to the top management team in IOTE2E. He served as Chief Technology Officer for InterDigital and president of InterDigtial Labs very recently, directing the development of advanced wireless and network, the evolution of 5G communication technologies. He served as a president of LG Electronics North America R&D Lab developing mobile communication network and consumer products of next-generation wireless products, resulting in the 100 fold growth in LG’s market share in the U.S. up to annual revenue being $6.0 Billion for last 12 years. He delivered 1st fully functioning Band Class 14 data device and smartphone to PSCR in Colorado Boulder NIST lab for the LTE technology evaluation and network interoperability test. Dr. Yi has been appointed to an Assistant Division Chief-Engineering at Policy Division of the International Bureau in the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on Part 25. He co-founded two start-up venture companies (Centuri Alliances Inc. and IPComm, LLC), developing the next generation video codec algorithm and the application software for the medication compliance respectively. He issued 27 patents and 46 technical publications.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Jang served as President of Nuclear Power Plant Heavy Industries and Eclips Korea, Managing Director in Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) for Nuclear Power Plants such as Kori Nuclear Power Plant, Shin-Kori Nuclear Power Plant, and Young Kwang Nuclear. He is currently responsible for overseeing Smart Renewable Energy and Power Plant Businesses such as Smart Energy Technology, Project Management, System Development, Equipment Procurement, Power Operation and Utility Ecosystem. Mr. Jang received MBA from Graduate School of International Management, Chung Ang University and Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Seoul Industrial University in Korea. He also extended his special education for ICEC Expert Meeting & Seminar and MIT Summer School for Project Management. Mr. Jang is holding numerous certifications such as International Project Management Professional from PM Institute in US, Steam Turbine Expert from General Electric and Heat Treatment First Class from Korea Government Industrial Management Institute.
